Statement from Archbishop David Bell:

Schism is the refusal of submission to the Roman Pope / Patriarch and or of communion with the members of the Roman Catholic Church (Code of Canon Law 1983 c.751). However, schismatics can validly ordain priests and consecrate valid catholic bishops providing there are no errors involved of necessary doctrine to the substance of the Sacrament of Orders. There is not any in the Brazilian Catholic Church. Furthermore, Roman Catholic Canon law has no authority or right to be levied as discipline towards any of our priests or faithful of the Brazilian Catholic Church. We are applicable to our own canon law in the same way that the Catholic Orthodox churches have their own canon law. Canon Law of 1983 is SUBMITTED for the Roman Catholic Church and its own clergy, NOT OTHER CATHOLIC  & ORTHODOX CHURCHES. It would be like trying to apply Foreign Laws in the United Kingdom. It has no place. ImageImageImage

There has been many disillusions, false claims from many people stating who the ordaining bishop as a deacon and later priest then Reverend Father David Bell. Due to such vast enquiries, Most Reverend Prof David Bell has decided to release the name of his ordaining bishop as a deacon and priest. His Excellency was initially ordained a deacon and priest in 2002 by John Simmons Father James Atkinson-Wake ordination documents issued by John C Simmons but after much research he found that John Simmons credential’s appeared to be false in that his consecrating bishop being Harold James Norwood from Ireland were re-consecrated in 2007 by Archbishop Emmanuel Milingo in Brazil (see PDF email from Archbishop Emanuel Milingo confirming he did so).  Email of Confirmation from Archbishop Milingo that Bishop Harold James Norwood was re-consecrated by him in 2007 despite Harold Norwood was consecrated by Patriarch Dom Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez but he was not in good standing with the late Patriarch and sanctions was placed on Harold Norwoods authority PDF. However due to many pertaining factors not known at the time about John Simmons. His Lordships minor & major orders as deacon and priest were repeated ‘sub conditione’ by  Most Reverend Dr Neville D Anderson, to be safe. Our Catholic Bishops outside of the Roman Catholic Church are not only heralds, but custodians of the most ancient and powerful continuous spiritual lineage that still exists in apostolic succession from Vatican One. Archbishop David Bell and Bishop Brian Dineley have co-celebrated Mass at St Peters Basilica  “Vatican City” with His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI, His Eminence Cardinal Bertone, Cardinal Diswiz as above (see letter from Prefettura Della Casa Pontifica)> Letter from PREFETTURA DELLA CASA PONTIFICA & ENVELOPE and many Roman Catholic Bishops including many Orthodox priests and bishops in their respective Cathedrals / Churches in their respective countries. Many of our fellow bishops in their respective countries also have done so as well. Most Reverend Prof David Bell is a qualified solicitor of Canon & Ecclesiastical Law. He holds the following a BA, MA (Theology). D.Phil. JD and LL.D  in  law not forgetting a ‘Honorius causa’ Professorship from Pius X University.

Most Reverend David Bell was knighted as Honorary Grand Prior and Knight Grand Cross Commander. O.T.H. of an ancient order called the Knights Templars. The order is under a Roman Catholic Vatican II Cardinal, Patron & first Grand Prior and noble Knight Grand Cross which was His Eminence Cardinal Alfons Maria Stickler. S.D.B, O.T.H. who passed away in 2007, his successor of the Knights Templar order from H.E. Cardinal Maria Stickler is His Eminence Cardinal Joseph Zen Ze Kiun. S.D.B, O.T.H.

ImageBCC in UK and the priestly society RCSPLXIII pre Vat II have written records from various Roman dicasterys confirming that the BCC in UK bishops are valid and illicit in the eyes of the Roman Catholic Church. It is confirmed that Archbishop Dom. Carlos Duarte Costa ‘Carolum Duarte Costa’ resignation was accepted by the Roman Catholic Church Vatican One of his Diocese of Botucatu in 1937 by His Holiness; Pope Pius XI. Most Reverend Dom. Carlos Duarte Costa was appointed Titular Bishop of Maurensi as decreed in the ACTA APOSTOLICA SEDIS 1937. Most Reverend Dom. Carlos Duarte Costa was released from the Roman Catholic Church Canon law from 1937. Therefore, any further Roman Catholic Canon law of 1917 did not apply to him or any of his fellow bishops from there on that he would consecrate. In addition the BCC in UK uses the old liturgical books in Latin for the transmission of Holy Orders. BCC UK uses the Roman Pontifical Pre Vatican II.

All of the documents Archbishop David Bell has were issued by His Holiness, Patriarch Dom. Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez for which bears his signature & seals on them. The documents were signed in front of the Church solicitors in Brasilia and government Imagerepresentatives of both the Brazilian Government and United Kingdom Government.

His Lordship, Archbishop Dom David Bell was a close friend and confident to the late Most Illustrious & Most Reverend Dom Luis Castillo Mendez until the last moments of him having a severe heart attack and loosing unconsciousness in Hospital in late October 2009. Most Reverend Dom David Bell and several fellow bishops from the UK was with the Most Reverend Dom Luis Castillo Mendez hours before he passed away.

The solemn celebration of the consecration to the episcopate of the Most Reverend Dom David Bell was photographed vigorously, recorded by camcorder and placed direct on to DVD for history records. The consecration rite and rubrics used was clearly the Roman Catholic Pontifical Pre Vatican II, there was particular attention paid throughout the ceremony which took place within the Mass. There were three bishops present at the consecration of Bishop Bell to fall in line with the Ancient Apostolic Canon One.

Lets have a look at who consecrated the bishop -elect Most Reverend Prof David Bell, his principal consecrator & co consecrator's and their Apostolic Succession.
