All of the Bishop's within BCC have been consecrated by the principal consecrator, the Most Reverend Dom. David Bell, My Lord; His Grace the Archbishop of London, Superior General  former Diocesan Bishop of Cambridge. Most Reverend Dom. David N Anderson was also consecrated by His Beatitude,  Patriarch Dom. Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez, Patriarch of Brazil & Diocesan Bishop of Brasilia, Brazil; who was in turn consecrated by the Catholic Archbishop Dom Carlos Duarte Costa, Archbishop of Rio de Janerio in 1948.

The Rite & Rubrics used for all consecrations within BCC and its Primus is the Pre-Vatican II Roman Pontifical. Particular attention is paid throughout the consecration with the liturgy & rubrics. There is always the minimum of three (3) bishops present during the consecrations to conform to the norm of the Apostolic Canon I. (Photos above include the late Patriarch Dom. Carlos Duarte Costa on the 15 August 1945. Also assisted by the Most Reverend Dom. Antidio Jose Vargas, Diocesan Bishop of Lages (he also was consecrated by Most Reverend Dom. Carlos Duarte Costa and co consecrated by Most Reverend Dom. Salamao Ferraz former Bishop of Sao Paulo, Roman Catholic Titular Bishop of Eleutherna on the 8 December 1946) Most Reverend Dom. David Bells Co consecrators were Diocesan Bishop the Most Reverend Dom. Olinto Ferreira Pinto Filho consecrated to the Catholic Episcopate on 1st May 1966 by H.E. the Most Reverend Dom. Pedro dos Santos Silva (he also co consecrated by Most Reverend Dom.
