All of the Bishop's (within the RCSPLXIII) have been consecrated by the principal consecrator for which is the Most Reverend Dom. David Bell, My Lord; His Grace the Archbishop of London, and Superior General. The Most Reverend Dom. N Anderson was also consecrated by H.B.  Patriarch Dom. Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez, Diocesan Bishop of Brasilia, Brazil; who was in turn consecrated by the Roman Catholic Titular Bishop, Carlos Duarte Costa, in 1948.

The Rite & Rubrics used for all consecrations by RCSPLXIII Primus is the Pre-Vatican II Roman Pontifical. Particular attention is paid throughout the consecration with the liturgy & rubrics. There is always the minimum of three (3) bishops present during the consecrations to conform to the norm of the Apostolic Canon I. (Photos above include the late Patriarch Dom.
