IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

We have been informed by Emmanuel Milingo who has confirmed in writing that he has consecrated to the Episcopate of the Catholic Church on the 7th December 2007 Bishop Harold James Norwood. Bishop Norwood was originally consecrated in 1990 by His Beatitude, Patriarch Dom Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez. Bishop Harold James Norwood sought re-consecration. He has stated to ourselves that he believes that there was a defect from the late Patriarch Dom Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez in a email and also to fellow CCIGB Bishop Abp John Carroll and Bp Dineley and Abp Bell. 

Additional information provided to ourselves is that His Beatitude Patriarch Dom Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez suspended sacraments of Harold James Norwood in 1993 for his actions without authority that took place in 1993 with John C Simmons. It is worth noticing that although Harold Norwood now lives in Brasilia, Brazil yards from the Patriarchal Cathedral. He has no association with ICAB old regime or new and never assisted the late Patriarch with any Masses.
