Most Reverend Dom Neville Anderson was ordained an Anglican deacon by Co adjutor Bishop James Grant on 12.03.1984 in the Cathedral Church of St Pauls in Melbourne, Australia. He was later ordained an Anglican priest in the Cathedral Church of St Paul’s in Melbourne on the 10.02.1985 by Archbishop David Penman, Archbishop of Melbourne for the Church of England in Australia. He remained a priest for the C of E for 20 years in Australia licensed by the Archdiocese of Melbourne.

Archbishop Anderson converted to Catholicism, he was ordained catholic deacon and priest by Archbishop Gow a Catholic Bishop in Australia who was consecrated by Catholic Bishop Justo Roque Gonzalez assisted by co-consecrators Bishop Frederick Aylward and Bishop Jose Villegas.

Principal consecrator of Most Reverend Dom Neville Anderson was His Beatitude,  Most Reverend Dom Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez he in turn consecrated by the Roman Catholic Titular bishop Carlos Duarte Costa, former Diocesan Bishop[ of Botucatu and later after his resignation in 1937 to His Holiness Pope Pius XI as Titular Bishop of Maurensi  assisted by co consecrator 1, H.E. Most Reverend Dom. Pedro dos Santos Silva, who was consecrated sacred bishop by Bishop Carlos Duarte Costa on the 4  Nov 1956.

Bishop Wanillo Galvao Barros he was consecrated by Archbishop José Barbosa dos Anjos, on May 2, 1971 , Bishop Josivaldo was raised to the Catholic Episcopate as Auxiliary Bishop of Rio de Janerio by Principal Consecrator H.E. Bishop Luigi Mascolo who in turn was consecrated in 1964 by Bishop Antidio Jose Vargas, Co consecrators was 1. H.E. Bishop Luis Fernando Castillo Méndez and 2. H.E.
