The Roman Catholic Society of Pope Leo XIII in Australia is headed by the Most Reverend Dom Neville Anderson, “District Superior” Archbishop of Ballarat, who celebrates Mass at the Cathedral Church of Our Lady and St Michael the Archangel. 3. Co Consecrator.  Co adjutor Bishop Josivaldo Pereria de Oliveria was ordained a priest by H.E. Bishop Wanillo Galvao Barros he was consecrated by Archbishop José Barbosa dos Anjos, on May 2, 1971 , Bishop Josivaldo was raised to the Catholic Episcopate as Auxiliary Bishop of Rio de Janerio by Principal Consecrator H.E. Bishop Luigi Mascolo who in turn was consecrated in 1964 by Bishop Antidio Jose Vargas, Co consecrators was 1. H.E. Bishop Luis Fernando Castillo Méndez and 2. H.E. Bishop Victor de Tarso Sanches Pupo who was consecrated in 1965 by Bishop Pedro dos Santos Silva who was consecrated 4 May 1956 my Roman Catholic Titular Bishop Carlos Duarte Costa..
