Archbishop Anderson was consecrated to the episcopate according to the rites and rubrics pre Vatican II by principal consecrator His Beatitude, Most Reverend Dom Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez assisted by co consecrators 1; Most Reverend Dom Joanir Silva da Neves and co consecrator 2, Most Reverend Dom Josivaldo Pereira de Oliveria on the 15^th July 2005 in Patriarchal Cathedral Church in Brasilia, Brazil. The Roman Catholic Society of Pope Leo XIII in Australia is headed by the Most Reverend Dom Neville Anderson, “District Superior” Archbishop of Ballarat, who celebrates Mass at the Cathedral Church of Our Lady and St Michael the Archangel. Principal consecrator of Most Reverend Dom Neville Anderson was His Beatitude,  Most Reverend Dom Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez he in turn consecrated by the Roman Catholic Titular bishop Carlos Duarte Costa, former Diocesan Bishop[ of Botucatu and later after his resignation in 1937 to His Holiness Pope Pius XI as Titular Bishop of Maurensi  assisted by co consecrator 1, H.E. 1. Principal Consecrator. Patriarch Dom. Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez was ordained a priest by special licence on Thursday, August 10, 1944 by Roman Catholic Bishop Valentín Comellas y Santamaría. He left the Roman Church and joined ICAB. Diocesan Bishop Joanir Silva Neves consecrated 11/02/1995 consecrated by Jose Ramos Silva who was consecrated by Dom Milani who was consecrated by Dom Jose Aneterior Rocha who was consecrated by Dom Olinto Ferreira Pinto Filho consecrated by Most Reverend Dom. Pedro dos Santos Silva, who was consecrated sacred bishop by Bishop Carlos Duarte Costa on the 4  Nov 1956.

3. Co Consecrator.  Co adjutor Bishop Josivaldo Pereria de Oliveria was ordained a priest by H.E. Bishop Wanillo Galvao Barros he was consecrated by Archbishop José Barbosa dos Anjos, on May 2, 1971 , Bishop Josivaldo was raised to the Catholic Episcopate as Auxiliary Bishop of Rio de Janerio by Principal Consecrator H.E. Bishop Luigi Mascolo who in turn was consecrated in 1964 by Bishop Antidio Jose Vargas, Co consecrators was 1. H.E. Bishop Luis Fernando Castillo Méndez and 2. H.E. Bishop Victor de Tarso Sanches Pupo who was consecrated in 1965 by Bishop Pedro dos Santos Silva who was consecrated 4 May 1956 my Roman Catholic Titular Bishop Carlos Duarte Costa..
