Archbishop Jerome. Archbishop of Central / West Africa. "Metropolitan". giving a blessing at the end of Mass Welcome to the Society of Pope Leo XIII in Central / West Africa; the Archdiocese and church are at one with SPLXIII. It is headed by Archbishop Jerome who is assisted by a valuable team of Bishops, priests and deacons.Archbishop Jerome liaises information to the Archbishop of London and senior bishops of the counsel in order to make sure that the liturgy, rites and rubrics are all the same being used throughout SPLXIII. SPLXIII is Roman Catholics Pre Vatican II and adheres to the liturgy and rubrics of Vatican I and not Vatican II.
