Most Reverend Dom Serge Abeng Mbarga is an Anglo Catholic convert to traditional Catholicism. He was ordained to the catholic diaconate in 2002 and to the priesthood in 2004. He attended Roman Catholic Seminary from 1997 to 1999. He holds diploma C.E.P. and also B.E.PC. amongst others.He was the episcopal vicar in charge of pastoral communication in France. He holds various degrees from Catholic University’s. He has been nominated as Auxiliary Bishop for France for the CCIGB /SPLXIII by the Superior General.

His consecration will take place on the 15 April 2012 at 2.00pm in France. The principal consecrator will be Most Reverend Dom. David Bell, His Excellency, Archbishop of London assisted by co consecrators 1. Most Reverend Dom John Carroll. His Excellency, Archbishop of Swansea and 2.  Most Reverend DomHis Excellency, Bishop Elect will head the catholic faithful in Angerville, France for the church. He will be assisted by his fellow priests and deacons.
