On March 1, 2009 Bishop R. Musallam was consecrated a Catholic Bishop by the Most Reverend David Bell, My Lord ; His Grace the Archbishop of London. Superior General of the Society of Pope Leo XIII in the United Kingdom, His Co consecrators was Archbishop Lee, Archbishop of Derby, Bishop Dineley. Bishop of Strathclyde. Bishop M Carroll. Bishop of Walsall. Bishop Boughey, Bishop of Cheshire to lead and guide the Arabic members in the Church and created with its See in New Millport, Pennsylvania. The Diocese is spread throughout the United States to serve all Arabic members and all Christians from all backgrounds, nations, cultures to join us in our Communion. The Arabic Catholic Church that reaches out to meet the needs of the Arabic faithful and all faithful who wish to fully be part of the Arabic Catholic Church family! The Arabic Catholic Church that maintains its Catholic Sacraments, Evangelical and submitted to the authority of the Holy Scripture, Sacramental and fully Liturgical in all Church celebrations. The Arabic Catholic Church that serves people from all backgrounds, nations, and cultures. The Arabic Catholic Church is committed to the work of the Holy Spirit through spiritual gifts given by Christ to His Holy Church, The Arabic Catholic Church is apostolic with its Bishops, Priests and Deacons. The Arabic Catholic Church Celebrates the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in the language of the faithful that is biblical, ancient and Contemporary liturgical and filled with the Holy Spirit.
